UNIT 1407

Unit 1407 was amazing with a spectacular view! This penthouse suite was luxurious, clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen. Felt like home! The 4 large bedrooms and 3 full baths were extremely spacious and newly updated. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was super convenient. We enjoyed site seeing at St. Andrew’s State Park where we saw numerous birds, dolphins, and deer. Loved being outdoors in nature. We also spent time golfing, playing pickle ball, and relaxing in the heated pool and hot tub. At the end of the day, we enjoyed family time in the large family area with plenty of seating. Everyone that we encountered was very kind. We are looking forward to going back and highly recommend it.

This was the first time my wife and I stayed in this very spacious condo. I brought 6 other guests with me and this place has a great open floor plan for the kitchen and dining room and TV room. The views were spectacular, the sun sets were stunning.My wife and our guest thought the price was very reasonable for the number of days we stayed. The facility has some really great amenities and tons of things to do, no matter what you\'re interested in, from outdoor activities to family fun to the beach access (which we personally thought was a big plus!).

I recently had the pleasure of spending a long weekend in Unit 1407 of the Regency Towers, and I just wanted to share my thoughts on what an exceptional experience it was. First off, the location on the 14th floor is simply unbeatable, offering breathtaking views that left me in awe every single day. From the moment I woke up, I found myself captivated by the sight of the Gulf and the serene image of people enjoying the pristine beach below. The pools, particularly the heated one, added an extra touch of charm to the already beautiful scenery.

The condo itself was a true find. It was immaculate and the beds were so comfortable, ensuring that I had a restful sleep each night. The family room and kitchen area were wonderfully spacious, providing ample room to relax and unwind. The layout was particularly well-thought-out, allowing for plenty of privacy for larger groups while still providing a great space to connect in the family room and kitchen.

One of my favorite features was the lovely covered patio. It offered the perfect spot to enjoy both sunsets and sunrises, whether I was sipping my morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The patio truly added to the overall experience, making it even more special.

Dan and Beth were very responsive to every request. Beth even called to walk me through how to use the Keurig coffee machine. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I am already looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

We lucked out with the weather, but really felt we lucked out with this penthouse condo. It is right on the beach, with two pools (one heated) and a hot tub. The spacious great room with large TV , fireplace, two leather reclining couches and two recliners gave ample room for indoor relaxing. Plus there were TVs in each bedroom for separate tastes. The ocean was in full view from the dining area, family room, front bedroom and large covered balcony. We loved watching the dolphins and birds. The kitchen was better equipped than mine at home, with up-to-date appliances. We loved the closeness to St. Andrew\'s Park, shopping and restaurants. We will be sure to return.

From walking in the front door and being impressed with the decor and view, we knew we had chosen well. The four bedrooms were lovely, and with two each being on opposite sides of the condo, there was a bit of privacy amongst our group. We fell in love with the heated pool and the hot tub. The huge balcony gave a perfect view of the incredible sunsets. The kitchen is well stocked and groceries stores are nearby. Getting to the beach was easy and the sands were clean. St Andrews park, which is close by, was a great way to spend half a day enjoying nature. We would highly recommend this place.

We had so much fun staying in this well equipped condo. Saw dolphins from the balcony of the condo. Loved being on top floor. Our last night we saw fireworks on the beach. Went on the Dolphin Sunset boat ride, what a thrill that was! Saw many dolphins and enjoyed drinks on the boat. Went to patches restaurant afterwards and enjoyed some good food and great music outdoors. Loved the heated pool, came in handy this time of the year. Nice Park nearby. Can\'t wait to go back again. Highly recommended !

What an incredible visit! The condo was awesome - fantastic view, nice & quiet, well-equipped. We wanted for nothing! The location was great - close to lots of good restaurants, walking paths and activities. The beach was fantastic. We\'re already talking about coming back again, because we had such a great time and really don\'t want to leave!
